Bengaluru-based AscentHR has acquired 100% of the equity share capital of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-headquartered OS HRS Malaysia, OS HRS Japan, and OS HRS India from BREXA. The transaction was structured as a single-stage acquisition.OS HRS was founded with a focus on human capital management, payroll, compliance, and workforce solutions. AscentHR helps organisations simplify workforce management through technology-enabled products and managed services. The company intends to integrate its existing HR technology and managed services with the established payroll operations and regional delivery expertise of OS HRS.The acquisition strengthens the regional presence of AscentHR, enhancing its payroll delivery capabilities, compliance expertise, and in-country operations across India, Japan, China, Malaysia, Korea, and Singapore.
