ASG Hospital acquires Patna’s Vedanta Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences
Jodhpur, Rajasthan-headquartered ASG Hospital Pvt Ltd (ASG) has acquired a majority stake in Vedanta Centre for Ophthalmic Science Pvt Ltd , an eye hospital in Patna.Vedanta occupies 8,000 sq. ft. on a single floor and caters to 200 patients everyday with 24x7 emergency facilities.JSA assisted in advising on the transaction's structuring, due diligence, preparation, negotiation, and finalization of transaction documents.
