Aster DM hikes stake in Ramesh Hospitals to 57.5%; invests about Rs.200-Cr
Aster DM Healthcare has acquired a majority stake of 57.5% in Vijayawada-headquartered Ramesh Hospitals by investing an additional around INR 200 crore. Ramesh Hospitals operates a total of five units. Four of its units will be rebranded as Aster Ramesh Hospitals.
From the Venture Intelligence M&A Deals Database: In May-16, Aster DM Healthcare had acquired a nearly 25% in Ramesh Hospitals for about INR 110 crore., taking its stake to 30%.
