Aster DM Quality Care acquires 14% stake in Bangladesh hospital co. for $44.11-M

Chemistry Intermediate Holdings, a Mauritius-based subsidiary of Aster DM Quality Care, has acquired a 14.21% stake in STS Holdings , an entity incorporated in Bangladesh, for USD 44.11-M.The transaction follows a merger framework agreement executed in November 2024 and received formal approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad bench, on June 19, 2026.STS Holdings Limited is a healthcare and services company in Bangladesh founded in 1997, known for owning and operating Evercare Hospital Dhaka (formerly Apollo Hospital).
