Australian fintech co. Findi acquires financial inclusion focused Bankit for Rs.160-Cr
Noida-based fintech company Bankit has been acquired by Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) listed Findi Ltd for AUD 30 million (about INR 160 crore) through Transaction Solutions International (TSI).Bankit claims to have over 1,29,000 outlets and services available in 28 states, covering more than 12,000 pin codes. The firm focuses on enabling access to basic banking services through setting up white label ATMs and digital platforms.
