Samvardhana Motherson International’s subsidiary, Samvardhana Motherson Adsys Tech, plans to acquire a 50.1% equity stake in Bengaluru-based Rotary Connectors at an enterprise value of INR 500.4 crore.Rotary Connectors manufactures military-grade circular connectors and interconnection solutions with applications across multiple sectors. The firm operates three manufacturing facilities in Bengaluru and reported a turnover of INR 123.5 crore in FY26.Samvardhana Motherson plans to use this acquisition to diversify and scale its presence in the aerospace and defence business vertical, focusing on electrical wiring interconnect system capabilities.
