B2B marketplace OfBusiness to completely acquire apparel maker Indian design
Bengaluru-based Indian Design is set to be fully acquired by B2B (business-to-business) marketplace OfBusiness, which already had a 70% stake in the garment and home textile manufacturer.Founded in 1993, Indian Design is a design-driven contract manufacturer and exporter of apparel and home furnishings. The company serves global retailers such as H&M, Old Navy, and Zara, and operates its domestic brand, "Identiti".Indian Design reported a consolidated operating income of approximately INR 1,246 crore in FY24.
