B2B travel-tech co. Ziptrrip acquires tour packages provider HelloTravel
Mumbai-based B2B (business-to-business) travel-tech company Ziptrrip has acquired Noida-based online travel marketplace HelloTravel . The acquisition gives Ziptrrip access to HelloTravel’s travel agent and destination management company network, supporting its expansion into MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions), experiential travel, incentive travel, and business-leisure offerings.Founded in 2014, HelloTravel operates a travel marketplace platform that connects travellers with verified travel agents and tour operators. It allows users to submit their trip requirements and receive customised itinerary quotes from multiple local agents, enabling them to compare prices and choose the best deal.HelloTravel will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Wayfarers Technologies (Ziptrrip), and its existing team will remain with the business.
