The development follows Vodafone's sale of its 3% stake in Indus Towers in December 2024 for approximately INR 2,800 crore, marking its exit from the company.Drug maker Cipla is to fully acquire Mumbai-based Inzpera Healthscience for INR 110.65 crore. The acquisition involves 100% of Inzpera's shareholding, including equity shares and non-convertible redeemable preference shares. The enterprise value of Inzpera is stated to be around INR 120 crore.Inzpera, incorporated in India in 2016, sells differentiated paediatric pharmaceutical and wellness products.
