Bikaji Foods acquires 49% stake in ethnic snacks player Bhujialalji for Rs.5-Cr

Publicly listed Bikaji Foods International Ltd, a Jaipur-based packaged foods maker, has acquired a 49% stake in Bikaner-headquartered Bhujialalji Pvt Ltd, a new player in the ethnic snacks industry, by investing INR 5.10 crore. Bhujialalji, incorporated in May 2021, posted a turnover of INR 18.08 crore for FY23.
