Hyderabad-based BikeWo Green Tech is to acquire a 51% stake in Delhi-based PositiEV Mobility .Founded by Hiten Pal Saklani, PositiEV is a platform for commercial electric vehicle distribution and leasing. Its operations integrate financing, charging, maintenance, and fleet management while connecting original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), dealers, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), fleet operators, and infrastructure partners.Upon completion of the transaction, Hiten Pal Saklani will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of BikeWo.BikeWo is a multi-brand electric two-wheeler retailer and green mobility provider. It is listed on the NSE Emerge platform.
