Birla Corp acquires mining and renewables firm AAA Resources
RCCPL Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kolkata-based, publicly listed Birla Corporation, has acquired 100% of Mumbai-based mining and renewable power firm AAA Resources Pvt Ltd. AAA, which is now a step-down subsidiary of Birla Corp, had reported a turnover of around INR 33 lakh as on March 31, 2021.
