Blue Cloud Softech to acquire 100% stake in US-based energy infra platform Global Impx for Rs.373-Cr

Hyderabad-based, publicly listed technology firm Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd is to acquire 100% of US-based energy and digital infrastructure platform Global Impx Inc (GIX) in a deal valued at INR 372.8 crore.Incorporated in 2025, Global Impx deploys integrated distributed energy solutions across the US and India, combining energy infrastructure capabilities with AI-driven digital platforms and project development expertise. It operates a dual-market strategy, with software-led energy solutions for commercial and industrial customers in the US and large-scale energy infrastructure deployment through affiliated entities in India.Following the acquisition, Blue Cloud plans to establish a dedicated AI and data centre infrastructure vertical, focusing on renewable energy integration, battery storage, and AI-led optimisation systems. A key component of this initiative includes a planned data centre campus in Chhatrapur, Odisha, spanning nearly 197 acres, which is projected to scale from 5 MW to 100 MW capacity.
