Blue-collar workforce mgmt co BetterPlace buys EzeDox
Blue-collar workforce management startup BetterPlace has acquired its fellow Bangalore-based peer EzeDox in an all-cash deal. EzeDox was last valued at USD 2 million in its seed funding round of 2020. EzeDox's tech stack will be integrated into BetterPlace's software platform-play, enabling large and mid-sized enterprises to build a customised solution that caters to their workforce management needs, reducing platform deployment time significantly. BetterPlace's latest acquisition comes within a month of acquiring gig workforce management platform OkayGo, among the three acquisitions prior to EzeDox.
