Boeing vendor Trusted Aerospace acquires US-based Joined Alloys for Rs.106-Cr

Chennai-based Trusted Aerospace Engineering (TASE Global), a vendor to companies such as Boeing, Honeywell and Roche, is to acquire Arizona, USA-based Joined Alloys for INR 106 crore. Half the funding for the acquisition was through internal means and the rest is from a line of credit.Joined Alloys is engaged in aerospace manufacturing, special processes and specialised sheet metal fabrication and product development.
