BPO firm UST acquires US-based Accrete Hitech Solutions

Thiruvananthapuram-based IT Services firm UST has acquired Santa Clara, CA (USA)-based Accrete Hitech Solutions. The target is a consulting and outsourcing company that provides information technology and engineering services focusing on hi-tech, semiconductor, and networking. The deal is projected to help UST add scale and depth to its digital product engineering portfolio. Accrete Hitech Solutions has offices in New Delhi, Gurugram, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Singapore
