Brookfield India REIT acquires office units Mumbai (Powai) for Rs.75.2 Cr

Brookfield India REIT’s special purpose vehicle, Kairos Properties, is to acquire office units across two floors in the Delphi building, located in the Powai suburb of Mumbai. The transaction, valued at INR 75.2 Cr, is structured as a purchase of condominium units from an unrelated third party. International property consultant JLL India served as the transaction advisor.Located within the Hiranandani Gardens area of the Downtown Powai township, this acquisition is expected to increase the ownership interest of Kairos Properties in the building from 80% to 86% on a gross leased area basis.
