Capital Numbers acquires US-based IT Services co. Epitome Cloud for Rs.40-Cr

Kolkata-based, publicly-listed Capital Numbers has acquired New Jersey, NJ (USA)-based Epitome Cloud in a transaction valued at INR 40-Cr. Of this, Capital Numbers has paid an up front amount of USD 24,51,288.49 (INR 23.40 Cr) towards the purchase of 100% shareholding in Epitome Cloud.Founded in 2012, Epitome Cloud is an enterprise transformation and technology consulting company that specializes in Salesforce consulting, revenue cloud, CPQ, CLM, and enterprise workflow platforms such as Conga, Agiloft, and Onit. The firm also maintains an Indian subsidiary.Capital Numbers plans to use the acquisition to build a more specialised global technology services business by integrating its existing expertise in digital engineering, cloud, data, and AI with the enterprise platform capabilities provided by Epitome Cloud.
