Care.fi acquires fellow healthcare-focused fintech co. Aldun
Healthcare-focused fintech startup Care.fi has acquired Delhi-based Aldun , a platform specializing in hospital discharge automation.Founded in 2022 by Kaustubh Priye, Supan Shah, and Aishwary Sharma, Aldun currently facilitates approximately 10,000 discharges per month across networks including Apollo, Fortis, and Manipal.Care.fi plans to scale the combined operations to support 300 hospital units and 100,000 monthly discharges. Care.fi intends to integrate Aldun’s discharge systems with its own revenue cycle management and financing services to unify the process from admission to settlement.
