Chalet hotels acquires 144-room resort in Udaipur for Rs.171-Cr

Mumbai-based publicly listed Chalet Hotels Ltd has acquired Seasons Hotels Pvt Ltd, the owner of Inder Residency Resort & Spa Udaipur, for INR 171 crore. The acquisition will involve the purchase of 100% of equity shares in tranches.Inder Residency Resort & Spa operates 144 rooms. Chalet plans to upgrade the property into a premium lifestyle destination, during which period the resort will remain non-operational. The company may also add more rooms.
