Choice Group takes over MF distribution biz of Centcart
Mumbai-based Choice Group (through its unit Choice Wealth Pvt Ltd.) has acquired the mutual fund distribution business of Mumbai-based Centcart Money Services Pvt Ltd. The deal will help the acquirer augment its mutual fund platform Investica. Post sale, CentCart Money will focus on its core non-banking financial company (NBFC) business.
