ChrysCapital-backed GeBBS acquires US-based Aviacode

Mumbai-based GeBBS Healthcare Solutions has acquired US-based Aviacode Medical Coding & Coding Audit Services, which has an office in Hyderabad and operates in the Health Information Management (HIM) space. The acquisition is likely to help GeBBS consolidate its position as a leader in Revenue Cycle Management and HIM space. GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is a provider of technology enabled Revenue Cycle Management, Risk Adjustment & HEDIS solutions with 9000 employees spread across US, Philippines and India.
