Cloud Kitchen co. Curefoods acquires doughnut brand Krispy Kreme’s South & West India ops

Bengaluru-based cloud kitchen operator Curefoods has acquired the South and West India operations of US-headquartered global doughnut and coffee brand Krispy Kreme from the Landmark Group. As a part of the agreement, Landmark Hospitality Services will also acquire a stake in Curefoods. Metta Capital acted as advisor to Landmark Group for the transaction.
