CMS acquires FSS’ ATM management biz for Rs.115-Cr

CMS Info Systems has acquired Financial Software and Systems' (FSS) managed services business, specifically its ATM management operations, for INR 115 crore.This acquisition is anticipated to integrate 8,000 automated teller machines into CMS' portfolio, increasing its total to 39,000 machines within its management solutions business, where it serves as a technology and operations partner for banks. The acquisition also includes new private sector banking relationships.
