Contract caterer Compass acquires 70% stake in food services co. ICS Foods
Gurugram-headquartered food services and contract catering company Compass India Food Services , a wholly-owned subsidiary of the British Compass Group Plc, has acquired a 70% stake in food and beverages catering company ICS Foods & Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd .ICS Foods employs over 1,400 people across multiple client sites nationwide, with offices in Gurugram and Greater Noida. The firm’s clients include Honda, P&G, Ashok Leyland, Samsung, Maruti Suzuki and Dabur.
