Control Print acquires 50.5% stake in UK’s Codeology Group for $1.28 M

Control Print Ltd, a Mumbai-headquartered coding and marking equipment manufacturer, has acquired 50.49 % in UK-based Codeology Group Ltd , a provider of print and apply systems, for GBP 1 million (over INR 10 crore). Control Print is to gain control over two subsidiaries of Codeology Group - Codeology Ltd and Carton Handling Solutions Ltd.Codeology Group designs and manufactures large character inkjet printers, outer case print and apply label printers and end-of-line automation systems. It supplies solutions for packing, carton sealing, box labelling, barcoding and identification through to palletising and pallet labelling.
