Corona Remedies acquires 7 brands from Bayer India’s pharma division
Gujarat-based Corona Remedies has acquired seven brands from the pharmaceutical division of Bayer in India. The acquisition includes brands in the cardiology segment (Noklot) and women's healthcare portfolio (Fostine, Luprofact, Menodac, Ovidac, Spye and Vageston) in the Indian market.Bayer Zydus Pharma operates as a pharmaceutical division of Bayer in India from 2011, focusing on prescription products, especially for cardiology, diabetology, women’s healthcare and on specialty therapeutics in the areas of oncology and ophthalmology.
