Corona Remedies acquires muscle relaxant brand Myoril from Sanofi for Rs.234-Cr

Ahmedabad-based Corona Remedies Pvt Ltd, has acquired muscle relaxant brand Myoril from the global pharmaceutical giant Sanofi for INR 234 crore (including taxes). The acquisition marks Corona's largest acquisition to date and positions Corona as a key player in the muscle relaxant segment. Myoril has annual sales of INR 38 crore and a growth of 6.8%. Founded in 2004, Corona is a player in women's health, infertility, and cardiometabolic and orthopaedics. Corona Remedies has an existing lineup of more than 80 brands.
