Creativefuel acquires assets of MissMalini Entertainment from Good Glamm Group for Rs.6-Cr
Delhi-based Good Glamm Group (GGG) is to sell the assets of its Mumbai-headquartered media and influencer talent management network MissMalini Entertainment to Indore-based Creative Fuel for INR 6 crore.Post-acquisition Creativefuel will own MissMalini's domain name and its social media assets, leaving the talent management vertical to be operated by GGG, which is currently facing liquidity issues and investor departures, triggering sales of non-core units.Founded in 2008 by Malini Agarwal, MissMalini is a lifestyle blogging platform. It was acquired by Good Glamm in 2021.
In Nov 2017, MissMalini.com had attracted about USD 1 M from NEA and Orios VP.
