Data Patterns to acquire ST Advanced Composites for Rs.10-Cr

Publicly-listed Data Patterns is to fully acquire fellow Chennai-based composite manufacturing company, ST Advanced Composites , for INR 10-Cr.ST Advanced is a manufacturer of composite products. Data Patterns intends to use this acquisition to develop in-house capabilities for the production of composite parts required for its radar and other programs. The firm also expects the transaction to expand the addressable value proposition of its current product offerings.
