Datamatics to acquires Salesforce s'ware implementation firm Dextara Digital for Rs.174-Cr

Publicly listed Datamatics is to acquire Dextara Digital, an IT Services firm specialising in providing implementation services for US-based Salesforce's software offerings, for about INR 174 crore. Of the acquisition cost, 80% (about INR 143.40 crore) is payable as the first tranche and another 20% (up to INR 30.64 crore) is payable as milestone linked payouts over two years.For FY24, the turnover of the target company (consolidated basis; estimated and unaudited) was INR 59.91 crore. For FY23, the turnover on a consolidated basis was INR 20.57 crore (audited).Dextara Digital is a Salesforce Summit (Platinum) Consulting and ISV partner and has more than 250 Salesforce certifications. The company, with subsidiaries in the US and the UK, has worked on over 600 Salesforce projects for more than 150 global customers on products such as Einstein/AI, CPQ, Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, MuleSoft, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud, amongst others.Additionally, Dextara Digital has developed purpose-built products such as Dextara CPQ, DXHealth+, and, DXTemplates, all available on the Salesforce AppExchange.
