Deep-tech startup Spyne acquires photography service provider Travographer
Bengaluru-based deeptech startup Spyne has acquired Gurgaon-based Travographer, an on-demand photography service provider. Spyne has taken in over 20 of the latter's employees including the founding team. Founded in March 2017, Travographer offers photography services in the real estate and hospitality sector. It claims brands such as Oyo, Makemytrip, Goibibo, Stanza Living, Zolo Stays, Lemon Tree Hotels, Club Mahindra, and Taj Hotels among clients.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between 2018 and 2022, Spyne had raised USD 8 million. In April 2022, it had raised USD 7 million in its funding round from Accel India with participation from existing investors including Storm Ventures, Smile Group, Pentathlon Ventures and Core91.
