Digital adoption solutions provider WhatFix acquires learning mgmt co Nittio

WhatFix, a player in Digital Adoption Solutions (DAS), has acquired fellow Bengaluru-based Nittio Learn, a learning management system. The acquisition is expected to advance the company's application training capability by making learning more personalised, adaptive and richer. Nittio Learn has been helping Learning & Development teams build learning experiences that reduce training turn-around and ramp-up time for today's digital workers. It is said to be used by South Asia's largest e-commerce and retail companies to train their employees. The firm's co-founders Gagandeep and Aravindan, along with their team, have joined WhatFix.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Apr-15 and Jun-21, WhatFix raised over $139 M from Dragoneer Investment Group, SoftBank Corp, Sequoia Capital India, Eight Roads Ventures, Cisco, Stellaris Venture Partners, Helion Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures and others.
