Digital health platform ekincare has acquired a 100% stake in the claims adjudication SaaS platform Superclaims . Post-acquisition, Superclaims’ co-founders Bhavish Ramaswamy and Maneesh Daithala, along with their leadership team, will continue in their current roles and report to the senior leadership at ekincare. The Superclaims brand will continue to operate independently.Superclaims automates health insurance claim assessments and evaluates medical documentation. The technology is designed to reduce the time required for processing cashless claim approvals from approximately 90 minutes to under five minutes. Superclaims integrates with existing insurer and third-party administrator workflows to automate document-heavy, error-prone claims adjudication processes.ekincare plans to use this acquisition to consolidate employers, employees, healthcare providers, insurers, and third-party administrators onto a single intelligence layer.
