Black Box, the listed digital infrastructure provider belonging to the Essar Group, has completed the acquisition of the Brazil-based digital infrastructure and managed technology solutions provider 2S Inovacoes Tecnologicas .2S provides end-to-end digital infrastructure solutions, including consulting, enterprise and data center networking, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, systems integration, and lifecycle optimization.
