Dodla Dairy to acquire Jharkhand-based Osam milk products brand for Rs.271-Cr

Hyderabad-based, publicly listed Dodla Dairy plans to acquire Ranchi-based Osam brand milk and milk products company HR Food Processing for INR 271 crore in an all cash deal.HR Food Processing has a procurement network with more than 25,000 plus dairy farmers, processes around 1.1 lakh litres of milk per day and has 1,000 collection and 19 chilling centres. It has a presence in Bihar, Jharkhand and the eastern dairy markets. Its turnover in 2024-25 was INR 282.6 crore.
