Edtech co iNeuron acquires learning platform Learn Code

Bengaluru-based edtech company iNeuron has acquired a 100% stake in YouTube influencer Hitesh Chaudhary's learning platform Learn Code Online (LCO), in an all-stock deal that values LCO between INR 110 crore and INR 120 crore. As part of the deal, Chaudhary will join iNeuron as its chief technology officer (CTO). Chaudhary will also bring to iNeuron his connections with more than 20 colleges overseas and over 100 Indian and foreign universities, allowing it to connect with more top influencers. LCO offers courses related to programming and tech at affordable rates. iNeuron, founded by Sudhanshu Kumar and Krish Naik, offers over 230 courses across technologies.
