Emcure Pharma to acquire remaining 20.42% stake in Zuventus Healthcare for Rs 724.9 cr

Pune-based, publicly listed pharmaceutical manufacturer Emcure Pharmaceuticals is to acquire the remaining 20.42 per cent stake in its arm Zuventus Healthcare Ltd from minority shareholders for INR 724.9 crore. Following the completion of this transaction, Zuventus will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Emcure.The transaction is expected to close in the September quarter of FY26.Founded in 2002, is a pharmaceutical company that is engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of healthcare products. It currently has manufacturing facilities in Jammu, Sikkim, and Bengaluru and an advanced formulation R & D centre in Pune.

For FY24, Zuventus Healthcare had reported about INR 1,050 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 125 Cr in PAT..
