Emversity acquires healthcare professionals training platform Lanstitut for $4.25 M

Bangalore-based healthcare talent mobility startup Lanstitut Technologies has been acquired by skilling and recruitment platform Emversity for USD 4.25 million in a mix of cash and stock.Founded in 2018 by Khubaib Abdul Salam (CEO), Murshid Ibinu Rahman (CBO), Yasin Bin Saleem, and Abdul Vajid K, Lanstitut runs a full-stack, employability-led platform that connects healthcare professionals to job opportunities. It provides an end-to-end mobility service that includes language training, certification, visa processing, credentialing, relocation, and on-ground support.Through this acquisition Emversity looks to expand its international talent placement, initially focusing on Germany, where Lanstitut facilitates placements for Indian nurses after German language training. Lanstitut will continue to operate independently under its existing brand, with co-founders Khubaib Abdul Salam (CEO), Murshid Ibinu Rahman (CBO), Yasin Bin Saleem, and Abdul Vajid K maintaining their current roles.
