Enviro Infra acquires renewable energy firm Vento Power for Rs.116-Cr
Delhi-based Enviro Infra Engineers , through its subsidiary EIE Renewables, has acquired 100% stake in Mumbai-based Vento Power Infra from PTC India Financial Services for INR 115.6 crore. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India advised on the sell side, while Saraf and Partners acted as legal advisor.Founded in 2015, Vento Power Infra is developing a 40 MW solar power project in Bolangir district of Odisha.
