EV charger maker Exicom Tele-Systems to acquire Australia’s Tritium

Gurugram-headquartered maker of chargers for electric vehicles (EVs) Exicom Tele-Systems is to acquire business and assets of Tritium , a Australia-headquartered player in DC fast chargers. The acquisition adds Tritium’s manufacturing facility in Tennessee, USA, as well as an engineering centre in Brisbane, Australia to Exicom.Founded in 2001, Tritium designs and manufactures proprietary hardware and software to create reliable liquid-cooled DC fast chargers for electric vehicles.
