Firstsource to acquire healthcare RCM firm Quintessence for $39-M
Publicly-listed, Mumbai-headquartered BPO firm Firstsource is to acquire Chennai-headquartered revenue cycle management (RCM) firm Quintessence Business Solutions & Services (QBSS) for INR 327.81 crore (USD 39.25 million). Veda Corporate Advisors advised QBSS on the deal.QBSS was founded in 2011, and is engaged in the business of providing RCM for entities involved in healthcare business. The operating turnover of QBSS for FY 2023-2024 was USD 14.8 million.
