French IT co. Capgemini acquires NYSE-listed BPO services provider WNS for $3.3 B
French IT services company Capgemini, has acquired WNS Holdings , a NYSE-listed BPO firm with its primary back-office operations in India, for USD 76.50 per WNS share. The total cash consideration will amount to USD 3.3 Billion, excluding WNS’ net financial debt. The transaction will be accretive to Capgemini’s normalized EPS by 4% before synergies in 2026 and 7% post synergies in 2027.WNS is a global Business Process Management (BPM) company that helps businesses transform their operations through data-led analytics, digital innovation, and industry-specific solutions. WNS offers services such as customer experience management, finance and accounting, human resources, procurement, and research and analytics.
