Fusion CX acquires Australian workforce solutions provider VA Platinum

Kolkata-based Fusion CX has acquired VA Platinum to establish its physical presence in New South Wales, Australia. This transaction marks the 16th acquisition for the company.Founded in 2017 by Brian Jones, VA Platinum provides dedicated offshore staffing and managed workforce solutions. The company serves over 350 clients and employs more than 700 revenue-generating staff members, supported by approximately 100 professionals across its delivery centers in Cebu and Davao, Philippines.The acquisition combines VA Platinum’s expertise in the Australian market with the global scale and infrastructure of Fusion CX. The move expands the service portfolio of the company to include finance and accounting, mortgage and real estate business process outsourcing, and other specialized professional support services.
