GABIT acquires supplements brand Nack Spice Lounge acquires Singapore’s Prisha Infotech for $150-K
Following the acquisition, Nack's products will be aligned with GABIT’s data-driven health programs, allowing users to combine tracking, guidance, and nutritional support within a single platform.Publicly-listed Hyderabad-based Spice Lounge Food Works Limited has acquired a 100% stake in Singapore-based Prisha Infotech for a total consideration of USD 150,000.The acquisition aims to expand Spice Lounge’s technology capabilities and facilitate access to international markets through the integration of Prisha Infotech’s software development and programming capabilities to strengthen its digital foundation, diversification, and global presence.
