Gennova divests mRNA business to former CEO’s co. for Rs.139-Cr
Pune-based Emcure Group company, Gennova Biopharmaceuticals, has divested its mRNA business to Immunoscript Lifesciences for INR 139 crore. The mRNA business had reported revenues of INR 6.47 crore.The acquirer, Immunoscript, was founded by Gennova’s former CEO, Sanjay Singh.
