Ghost Kitchens India acquires fellow cloud kitchen player Shy Tiger Brands
Ghost Kitchens India has acquired fellow Ahmedabad-based cloud kitchen company Shy Tiger brands.The acquisition comes on the heels of Ghost Kitchens’ equity and debt round of USD 5 million earlier in February 2024.Shy Tiger operates five multi-brand cloud kitchens in Ahmedabad, including brands such as KBOB's and The Black Chimney. It claims to have an annualised revenue run rate (ARR) of INR 5 crore.
