GlobalBees to acquire addnl 14.91% in sports equipment brand Strauss for Rs.1.5 Cr

FirstCry’s rollup arm, GlobalBees, is to acquire an additional 14.91% stake in Dynamic IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, the parent company of the sports equipment brand Strauss . This all-cash deal, valued at INR 1.5 crore, will increase GlobalBees’ total shareholding in Dynamic IT Solutions to 89.91%. GlobalBees would acquire this stake from Dynamic IT Solutions’ existing shareholders. The transaction is expected to be completed by October 30.Dynamic IT Solutions reported a turnover of INR 11.9 crore in FY25, a decrease from INR 27.4 crore in FY24 and INR 23.3 crore in FY23.The latest acquisition follows GlobalBees’ initial investment in Dynamic IT Solutions for INR 4.5 crore in September of the previous year. GlobalBees' portfolio also includes brands such as The Better Home, Yellow Chimes, Rey Naturals, and The Butternut Company.
