GMM Pfaudler's unit to acquire Mixel France SAS for $7.36 M

Publicly listed, Mumbai-based GMM Pfaudler Ltd (GMMP), through its wholly owned subsidiary Pfaudler GmbH, is to acquire Mixel France SAS and its wholly owned subsidiary Mixel Agitator Co Ltd. GMMP will pay 7 million euros (about USD 7.36 M) to acquire 100% shareholding in Mixel. Mixel posted a consolidated turnover of 13.2 million euros (about USD 13.00 M) as on December 31, 2021.The transaction will be funded through a mix of internal accruals and debt. Dardilly, France-based Mixel designs and manufactures standard and made-to-measure mixing systems used across various industries. It has more than 45,000 agitators installed worldwide. Mixel has two manufacturing facilities, one in Lyon, France and the second in Beijing, China.
