GMR Airports to acquire 10% stake in Delhi Airport from Fraport for $126-M

GMR Airports Infrastructure is to acquire a 10% stake from Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide in Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL). The deal, valued at USD 126 million, will increase GIL’s holdings in DIAL to 74%. Post-acquisition, Airports Authority of India will continue to hold the remaining 26% stake in DIAL.
